On November 27, 2019, the Caspian Dialogue 2019 International Economic Forum was held in Moscow.
The goal of the Forum is to develop international cooperation in the study, assessment and development of the resources of the Caspian Sea, monitoring and jointly overcoming natural, man-made and geological risks, as well as finding ways to preserve and reproduce the biological resources of the Caspian.
Yevgeny Zharov made a report "The consequences of leaving an unexploited floating craft in the water area. From the Tehran Convention to judicial practice."
Following the results of the Forum, a Resolution and a package of proposals are being prepared to improve the level of environmental safety of the Caspian Sea, which will be sent for consideration to international organizations, interstate councils, intergovernmental commissions, government bodies, public and scientific institutions and the media of the Caspian countries.
