Moscow Law Enforcement Forum 2019 "Judicial Discretion in the Practice of the Courts of the City of Moscow" was held in Moscow on November 21, 2019
This Forum was held at the leading law university of the country - Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov.
The unconditional benefit of the Forum is confirmed by the composition of speakers - Yu. S. Pilipenko, O. A. Egorova, D. A. Fomin, V. A. Vaypan, many judges of courts of general jurisdiction.
Lawyers, lawyers, judges, and business representatives expressed their opinion on the judicial discretion when considering the case in the courts. Many discussion topics were touched upon, and everyone present had the right to ask questions to all the speakers of the Forum. Various options were proposed for solving the problems faced by judges and litigants.
